Callaway Houtenbos

“We feel so blessed to have met and worked with Callaway. She is very professional in every aspect- from helping us search for a property, negotiate price, and through the settlement process. She is thorough, friendly, quick to respond and extremely helpful on every level. She is not only a great realtor, but has also become a good friend.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Callaway Houtnebos to sell my mother-in-law’s home. She sold the house in just four days, at full cash price! From start to finish, Callaway was organized, professional, and completely on top of every detail. She communicated with us every step of the way, always keeping us informed and making the entire process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also pleasant, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with. We are incredibly grateful for everything Callaway did for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who combines professionalism with genuine care for her clients.”

“Calloway was an exceptional agent. It took us 4 years to find a house and she never gave up on us. I would refer her to anyone I know for their agent.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Callaway Houtenbos from Illustrated Properties Sewall's Point, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Callaway was very upbeat and highly insightful about the property. She went the extra mile and strategically negotiated on our behalf. The entire process was smooth and stress free. My experience was outstanding! I highly recommend Callaway for anyone looking to buy or sell a property!”

“Callaway was amazing through the process of selling my home and buying my dream home! I got a full price offer on my home and she held my hand every step of the way answering questions and being an advocate for me as a buyer. On top of that, she just has a sweet demeanor and is very personable! I would highly recommend working with her!!”

“Calloway is Very professional and polite, Love talking with her! She also became a dear friend!!”

“At the start of the summer we called Callaway to help us sell our home and find us a new one. Best call we ever made. Callaway’s responsiveness to our many questions was exemplary. Her attention to detail, suggestions for staging and how she presented our home to potential buyers made it stand out and sell quickly (before similar ones that had been on the market much longer). She helped us find the perfect place for us and our needs -we love it. Callaway was so supportive and very knowledgeable helping us to negotiate deals we are very happy with on both sides. Both properties closed without any issues. We still can’t believe the speed and ease this experience has been. We Highly recommend Calloway Houtenbos to anyone looking to buy, sell ir both!!!”
