Karen Walsh

With over 20 years of experience in Southeast Florida real estate, I specialize in waterfront and seaside properties throughout Northern Palm Beach and Martin Counties. I’ve had the privilege of working with respected firms including Waterfront Properties, Sailfish Point Sotheby’s, and KW Reserve, and I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter with a brokerage that truly aligns with my values.

I work with both primary and secondary homebuyers—often retirees and pre-retirees relocating from the Northeast and Midwest. I’m known for my well-organized, research-driven approach and often guide clients months before they arrive in Florida. With a strong background in contract negotiation, including my time at IBM Credit, I work hard to secure the best outcomes for my clients. My goal is to go above and beyond in every transaction—and to create raving fans along the way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy golfing (a newer passion!), walking especially by the beach and just being outdoors.
