Jody White
Juliana “Jody” White has serves as the Manager of the Illustrated Properties Real Estate (IPRE) Sewall’s Point office. With a decade-long commitment to IPRE, Jody has become a cornerstone of leadership within the organization.
Originally from the New England area, Jody’s deep appreciation for sunshine, the outdoors, and coastal living made South Florida a natural fit. The ocean and waterways have always been a magnetic force for her—drawing on fond memories of coastal life in her New England roots.
An entrepreneur at heart, Jody is results-oriented and brings a strong background in management, operations, leadership, recruiting, and coaching. Teaching, training, and growing business are passions that have defined her professional journey. Her approach is simple yet powerful: empower others through guidance and knowledge. Volunteerism and giving back to the community have remained integral to her personal and professional ethos.
Jody takes immense pride in being part of a family-owned and operated company that values its staff and associates. She finds fulfillment in mentoring new agents—guiding them from their first steps in the industry to achieving their goals, all while providing a supportive, structured environment. She emphasizes the use of cutting-edge technology and tools, active listening, and individualized coaching to ensure every associate’s success.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jody has served as Chair for Illustrated Properties participation along with their sister Company Keyes in the annual Dolphins Cancer Challenge since 2001 and has been a dedicated supporter of Family Promise of Martin County for the past five years. Recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as Up & Coming Entrepreneur of the Year in 1989 and a proud NINJA since 2014, Jody’s achievements speak to her leadership and dedication.
Outside the office, Jody is a self-proclaimed foodie with a love for cooking, sharing meals with friends and family, gardening, reading, beach-going, and anything connected to the water. The serenity of the ocean reflects her calm yet driven nature.
